Summary:
Rumour has it that there's a website called Jigoku Tsushin (Hell Correspondence) that will only appear at 12 midnight. Once you submit the name of the person you hate in the website, you'll be offered a straw doll with red string attached around its neck by Jigoku Shoujo (Hell Girl). If you decide to pull the string, Jigoku Shoujo will take revenge on your behalf by sending the person you harbour grudge straight to hell eternally with a condition - you'll be sent to hell as well but that's only after you die.
