Sakura's best friend - Tomoyo Daidouji. She's the daughter of the President of Daidouji Toy Company, Sonomi Daidouji. Her mother Sonomi is a cousin of Sakura's mother Nadeshiko thus, making her and Sakura relatives as well.Tomoyo is very mature for her age. Though she loves Sakura, she's selfless towards her. She knows Sakura likes Yukito so she always help her to be in his company. When she discovers that Sakura has become the Cardcaptor, she volunteers to design costumes for her and record her adventures. Furthermore, she manages to observe that Syaoran has developed feelings for Sakura and encourages him to tell her.
Tomoyo is kind, caring, beautiful and intelligent. She also possesses a melodic voice and she's part of the school's choir team.
